Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rehearsal Portal, a multitrack rehearsal player for musical groups, bands, and worship ministries, available at ensaiofacil.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

Rehearsal Portal lets an organization (church, band, or ministry) connect its own Google Drive account and browse/play back rehearsal multitrack audio files directly in the browser. The Service does not host, copy, or redistribute your audio files — it only reads metadata and streams playback directly from your own Google Drive, using access you explicitly grant and can revoke at any time.

2. Accounts and organizations

Each organization is responsible for the accuracy of the user accounts it creates and for managing who has admin access to its Storage Providers settings.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
Only the platform's designated super administrator may create or remove organizations on the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful rehearsal/ministry purposes, and only to access audio content you (or your organization) own or have the right to use. You may not attempt to access another organization's data, tokens, or files, or otherwise circumvent the Service's multi-tenant isolation.

4. Google Drive connection

Connecting Google Drive grants the Service read-only access, used solely to list and stream your organization's own multitrack files, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect this access at any time from the Storage Providers panel, or directly from your Google Account permissions page.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehearsal Portal and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of access to your own Google Drive content.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
